Can you describe BitDoctor.ai in a few sentences?

BitDoctor.ai is a groundbreaking mobile application that integrates over 10 patented medical technologies into a user-friendly Early Warning System (EWS). The app can preliminarily detect a wide range of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), such as heart attacks, diabetes, and strokes, at their earliest stages. By utilizing blockchain and a unique DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks) facility, BitDoctor.ai allows users to securely contribute their health data, enhancing the AI's diagnostic accuracy to up to 98% using just a mobile phone.


What is the primary mission or goal of your project?

The primary mission of BitDoctor.ai is to accelerate and transform global healthcare by advancing diagnostic capabilities through AI. Our goal is to make healthcare affordable and attainable for everyone, ensuring that quality medical care is a right, not a privilege.


What are the key social or environmental impacts of your project?

Social Impact:

BitDoctor.ai significantly improves healthcare access, particularly for underserved communities. By offering affordable, frequent health scans, we eliminate the need for unnecessary hospital visits and promote social equity. Users can contribute to and benefit from enhanced AI diagnostics, fostering a community-centered approach to better health outcomes. The app also promotes preventive health through gamification, encouraging proactive health management and reducing the incidence of preventable diseases. Additionally, it supports health education by providing actionable insights, empowering users to make informed lifestyle choices.

Environmental Impact:

BitDoctor.ai is also making strides in reducing the environmental footprint of healthcare. By enabling users to perform health checks from home, we minimize the need for physical travel to healthcare facilities, thus reducing transportation-related carbon emissions. Moreover, shifting initial diagnostics and routine health checks to a digital platform reduces the reliance on paper-based records and other medical disposables, contributing to a decrease in landfill waste and pollution.


How do you measure the impact of your project?

We collaborate with healthcare providers to compare BitDoctor.ai’s diagnostics with traditional methods in terms of accuracy and effectiveness. We track health metrics reported by users, such as early detection rates and subsequent early interventions. Additionally, we measure active user growth, app engagement, and user feedback to continually improve our services. We also assess changes in users’ health behaviors and lifestyle choices based on the insights provided by the app.


Can you share a story about how BitDoctor.ai has positively impacted someone’s life or a community?

Users from the USA, Philippines, and Europe have shared that they believe they could have avoided serious health issues, like diabetes, if BitDoctor.ai had been available to them earlier. They now actively promote the app within their communities. Many users, particularly in Africa, have expressed gratitude for the app, which offers them affordable healthcare access that was previously out of reach due to cost and distance.


What cool tech does BitDoctor.ai use to power its magic?

BitDoctor.ai employs advanced remote Photoplethysmography (PPG) technology, which captures blood flow patterns from the face using a smartphone’s front camera. The AI processes these signals through our cloud-based Affective AI Doctor Engine to deliver highly accurate diagnostic results. This sophisticated integration of AI sensors and PPG technology enables BitDoctor.ai to offer remote health diagnostics that are both accessible and reliable.


What are the standout features or awesome innovations that make BitDoctor.ai unique?

One of BitDoctor.ai’s most remarkable features is its ability to provide remote health diagnostics anywhere, anytime, using just a smartphone. The app’s freemium model ensures basic healthcare access for everyone, while the premium model offers advanced diagnostics that can detect most NCDs early. The AI’s accuracy continuously improves through contributions from users via our DePIN facility, making BitDoctor.ai a powerful tool for global health.


What have been the biggest twists and turns in BitDoctor.ai’s journey so far, and what exciting opportunities and launches can we expect in the next year?

While our product launch was delayed by two months due to technical challenges, we are excited to be live on the Google Play Store, with an iOS release coming soon. Over the next year, we plan to integrate features like Advanced Health Scan (AHS), personalized health recommendations, and tools to further enhance health knowledge and promote a healthy lifestyle. We also aim to connect our ecosystem with real-world medical diagnosis equipment in healthcare centers, further improving accuracy and affordability.

What advice would you give to someone looking to start their own blockchain project for social good?

Focus on delivering real-life utility that addresses critical pain points in the current system. Ensure that your token ecosystem is functional and continuously generates demand by offering tangible benefits to users.


Any additional information you would like to share about your project?

We have been developing our AI Doctor technology for over three years, and it is now ready for public use. Recently, our technology was mentioned and validated by Google in an article published in August 2024. While Google highlighted the potential of this technology to help billions, BitDoctor.ai has already reached a significant milestone by making it available to the public.
